It is most common that the Spanish assets are limited to a property and bank account.<\/p><p>Our solicitor will <strong>draft the will<\/strong>, which includes an English translation of the document for you.\u00a0\u00a0 Once the will is drafted, the document will have to be <strong>witnessed <\/strong>by a Notary.<\/p><p><strong>Tenant eviction process <\/strong><\/p><p>The court procedure for an express eviction\u00a0 (desahucio) and an end-of-contract eviction is quite similar.<\/p><p><strong>It begins with a lawsuit<\/strong>. This\u00a0<strong>must be signed by a lawyer and a solicitor<\/strong>\u00a0and must be\u00a0<strong>accompanied by the payment of court fees and the rental contract<\/strong>.<\/p><p>But, to whom should we issue this lawsuit?
